Why a setup fee and a subscription?
Because they pay for two different things. The one-time setup fee covers the configuration work — mapping your operation, building the pipelines and automations, branding the system, and connecting everything. The monthly subscription covers your ongoing access to the platform and Cold Sun Media continuing to run and maintain it. Charging one without the other would mean either doing the build for free or renting you an empty platform.
Why aren't the prices on this page?
Because we'd rather publish real numbers than placeholder ones. Orbit pricing is being finalised ahead of launch and will be published here when it's approved. In the meantime, book a demo and we'll give you the actual figure for the scope your company needs.
Which tier should I be looking at?
Minimum if the problem is purely speed to lead and you're a small crew. Growth if you're running insurance work and want reputation and claims on the same system — that's the tier most roofing companies land on. Premium if you're multi-crew or running commercial alongside residential and want the maximum implementation support.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes. Tiers are cumulative — Growth is everything in Minimum plus more, and Premium is everything in Growth plus more — so moving up is additive configuration work rather than a rebuild. We'll scope the difference when you're ready.
Are Ascend and Signal included in Premium?
No, and deliberately so. Helios Ascend (ongoing optimisation and strategic support) and Helios Signal (creative, content, and authority) are separate offers in the Helios ecosystem, not bundled into any Orbit tier. They're the natural next step once Orbit is live and working — not something you should be paying for while you're still getting the foundation in place.
Is there anything else I'll be paying for?
Beyond the setup fee and the subscription, the only variable is usage — things like message and call volume, which scale with how much you actually use Orbit. We'll walk you through what that looks like for a company your size during the demo, so there are no surprises after go-live.
