Tiers are cumulative. Moving from Minimum to Growth is additive configuration on what you already have, not a fresh implementation.

Why aren't the prices published?
Because the setup fee depends on the scope of the build, and quoting a number that turns out to be wrong helps nobody. The structure — a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription — is fixed and explained above. Final figures are announced at launch, and a demo gets you a real number for your scope.

Do I have to learn the software?
No. Helios is done-for-you. We configure, brand, and maintain the platform so you get the results without the setup headaches or the learning curve.
What's the difference between the Orbit tiers?
Minimum gets your Orbit CRM live and is aimed at smaller teams whose main problem is speed to lead. Growth adds the reputation and pipeline depth most businesses end up wanting. Premium is for multi-crew or multi-service operations that need the maximum implementation support. Tiers are cumulative, so moving up is additive configuration rather than a rebuild.
Can I start with just the CRM and add more later?
Yes — that's the whole idea. Start with Orbit as your foundation, then layer on content, intelligence, and field service as you're ready. One commercial centre that grows with you.
